This position requires flexibility of hours.</p> <p>EDUCATION:</p> <p>High school diploma or GED.</p> <p>EXPERIENCE/TRAINING:</p> <p>Minimum one year experience in dispatch, security, law enforcement or military. Experience in hospital security and/or dispatch operations preferred.</p> <p>LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS:</p> <p>Preferred:</p> <p>Current Public Safety Dispatchers' Basic Course certification issued by California (CA) POST</p> <p>SKILLS:</p> <p>AVADE training required within 90 days of hire/transfer.</p> <p>Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.</p> <p>Conflict resolution skills with the ability to function decisively under stress.</p> <p>Flexibility and ability to prioritize.</p> <p>Bilingual preferred.</p> <p>Communicates fluently in Spanish preferred.</p> <p>Worker Type:</p> <p>Per Diem</p> <p>Part time</p> <p>Shift:</p> <p>Nights</p>
