<ul> <li>Assists in preparing the monthly revenue models for Hospitals and Physicians. </li><li>Prepare monthly analysis in evaluating accuracy of NPSR calculations </li><li>Assist in preparation of Finance and Revenue budgets as needed </li><li>Assist in long-term modeling used by Senior executives </li><li>Assist in preparing schedules for Governmental reporting in areas of cost reporting and year end audits. </li><li>Utilizes decision support, patient accounting, physician database and other systems to produce meaningful reports to aid decision-making </li><li>Perform ad hoc analysis of issues to support management inquiries, and other projects and reports as requested. </li><li>Identifies opportunities for change and improvement, recommends and implements accordingly.PostTrak </li><li>Participates and performs other Reimbursement department work related duties as assigned or requested </li><li>Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required. Masters or CPA preferred. </li><li>Minimum of four to five years of previous accounting experience. Healthcare, Net Revenue, and or Physician practice financial accounting experience is a plus. </li><li>Knowledge of preparation of financial statements and journal entries. </li><li>Knowledge of Net Revenue & Accounts Receivable analysis. </li><li>Knowledge of accounting systems and budget systems. </li><li>Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to research issues and process complex transactions and procedures. </li><li>Experience in translating and communicating key analyses and assumptions to senior management for decision-making. </li><li>Excellent oral & written communications skills </li><li>Strong PC spreadsheet (Excel) capabilities </li></ul>
