Full Time</p> <p>Location: Crescent Crossings Apartments, Bridgeport, CT 06608</p> <p>What we Offer:</p> <ul> <li>Competitive base hourly pay, automatic quarterly pay increases every 3 months, after initial 90-days, $40.00 per month personal cell-phone allowance, eligible for annual discretionary bonus </li><li>Day time schedule, 8:00-500pm, with a 30-minute or one hour unpaid lunch break, 40 hours per week, full time, on-call weekend rotation required </li><li>Excellent array of Employee benefits and programs! </li></ul> <p>What we are looking for:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum 2-3 or more years of maintenance operations experience within a multi-family apartment style community </li><li>EPA 608 type I & II or EPA Universal Preferred, if you do not currently have your EPA I & II, but possess the right experience, drive, Teamwork and skills, we (RPS) may pay and sponsor your EPA certification within your first 75-days! </li><li>Keen sense of curb-appeal, willingness to perform maintenance operations and similar Porter type.
