<p>Your mission</p> <p>To support the development of the GEDU business, its people, processes, technologies, and data to ensure revenue targets are reached, service quality is maintained, and continually improved and operational efficiency is maximized.</p> <p>Tasks and Responsabilities</p> <ul> <li>At least 5-6 years of experience in International Education/EdTech/Education industry preferably in managing call centre/customer service executives of which at least 2 years should be at a team leader position. </li><li>Knowledge of LATAM market is preferable but not mandatory. Team handling experience of managing at least 8-10 member. </li><li>Target driven and ability to achieve numbers in highly competitive environment. </li><li>Experience and knowledge of setting up processes will be an added advantage. </li><li>Experience and knowledge of CRM and telephony is a must. </li><li>Excellent communication skills and team player </li><li>Knowledge of pre-sales would be an advantage </li></ul> <p>Your Profile</p> <ul> <li>Degree in marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience. </li><li>Adaptability: Thriving in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to changing circumstances. </li><li>Problem Solving: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and management skills. </li><li>Communication: Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. </li><li>Business Acumen: A solid understanding of business principles and strategy. </li><li>Detail Orientation: Attention to detail and commitment to quality. </li><li>Flexibility: Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and tasks. </li><li>Strong communication and organizational skills </li></ul>
