We are searching for vibrant, charismatic, professional cannabis enthusiasts who love our brands and would be proud to represent them. Serving Buffalo, East Syracuse, Albany, NYC, and Long Island, our newly instated 1099 Brand Ambassador team will be located across the state and available for pop-ups, activations, grand openings and more representing our House of Brands. This is a 1099 contract role with a maximum of 10 hours per week, Thursday-Sunday, as needed at this time. PharmaCann's House of Brands consists of the following well known NYS brands: LivWell, #HASH, MAGNITUDE, P3, PC Nursery, CAM, Binske, and matter. Learn about the role and the qualifications we are looking for below.</p> <p>Pay $25 per hour- Thursday through Sunday availability.</p> <p>Duties and responsibilities or (Essential Functions)</p> <p>? Maintain a high-level understanding of PharmaCann's products in your territory as well as related general cannabis</p> <p>knowledge.</p> <p>? Provide in-store product demonstrations, conduct Patient/Customer Appreciation Days (PADs) events, and similar special</p> <p>field marketing events on behalf of PharmaCann clients to increase brand awareness and drive store sales.</p> <p>? Provide in-store training for dispensary staff.</p> <p>? Assist clients with merchandising and marketing initiatives.</p> <p>? Complete feedback reports and questionnaires for PharmaCann based on each event.</p> <p>? Obtain and provide pictures and video of demos, in-store displays, shelf displays and other specified areas.</p> <p>? Build and maintain relationships with budtenders in your territory.</p> <p>? Maintain regular contact and communication with your supervisor.</p> <p>? Regularly track all hours and mileage.</p> <p>? Embodies the culture, values, and tenets of PharmaCann and full support of our purpose, goal, and key objectives.</p> <p>? Additional responsibilities as assigned</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>? 1-2 years of experience as a Brand Ambassador.</p> <p>? Ability to work independently, adapt to changing conditions and communicate effectively.</p> <p>? Sales skills, including persuasion, overcoming objections, active listening, and negotiation may be required</p> <p>? Must be outgoing, attentive, comfortable with public speaking and engaging in conversation with customers and retailer</p> <p>partners.</p> <p>? Must be at least 21 years of age</p> <p>? Must possess a valid drivers license, car insurance, and reliable transportation - this role requires travel to different</p> <p>dispensaries in your territory</p> <p>? Positive attitude and professional demeanor</p> <p>? Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays</p> <p>? Thursday-Sunday schedule availability</p> <p>? Knowledge of, or ability to learn, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, and similar social platforms.</p> <p>? Tolerant and positive attitude. As a Brand Agent, you will be interacting with people from all backgrounds, and we expect</p> <p>you to treat ALL people with understanding, respect, and kindness</p> <p>On the road, in different dispensaries daily/weekly.</p> <p>Physical requirements</p> <p>? Must be able to navigate and set up promotional materials and displays in retail environments.</p> <p>? Capability to manage driving commutes to dispensaries.</p> <p>? Ability to push/pull and lift up to 50 pounds</p> <p>?
