Duties and Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Follow technical instructions, Interpret designer drawings and technical terms. </li><li>Maintain the motorized and non-motorized tools used to create products. </li><li>Keep a clean and well-maintained work area. </li><li>Recognize parts and materials used in production. </li><li>Must be capable of handling Wisconsin weather where it can be -10 one day and 70 the next day. </li><li>Inspect finished products for flaws and defects. </li><li>Understands and observes all safety procedures and practices in order to prevent injury to self or co-workers: attends periodic safety meetings as required. </li><li>Respond attentively to training from foreman, or more senior handlers in order to increase own knowledge of work processes.
