<p>Responsibilities</p> <p>Represent an exceptional lineup of world-class spirits, beer, and wine - build relationships, grow market share, and elevate your sales career with Reyes Beverage Group.</p> <p>Shift: Full time, Weekdays: 6am Weekends: 5am</p> <p>Schedule: 5 Days a week with weekend availability required.Monthly Car & Mileage Reimbursement</p> <p>Portfolio: Modelo, Coors Light, Lagunitas, with a special concentration on our Spirits and Wine portfolio with brands like Gallo, Tito's, Jack Daniels, as well as our Sazerac portfolios.</p> <p>Independent work environment merchandising on a local route close to homeFamily-owned company with 50 years of stability and growth.</p> <p>Values-driven culture focused on integrity, teamwork, and accountability.</p> <p>Ongoing training and development to support long-term success.</p> <p>Competitive pay, 401(k) match, full health benefits, and generous PTO.</p> <p>Opportunities for advancement after 6 months of employment.Certified Great Place to Work 2024 - for the 5th Consecutive Year</p> <p>Position Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes </li><li>Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck </li><li>Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring </li><li>Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts </li><li>Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness </li><li>Other projects or duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Required Education and Experience:</p> <ul> <li>A candidate must be 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements. </li><li>Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license.
