In this vital role, you'll provide one-to-one observation and support for patients, ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment while assisting with daily living activities.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li> <p>Provide constant observation and personal care for patients requiring one-to-one support</p> </li><li> <p>Assist with daily living needs: bathing, oral care, mobility, nutrition, and elimination</p> </li><li> <p>Document patient interactions and observations accurately</p> </li><li> <p>Identify and report behavioral changes or safety concerns to nursing staff</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain a hazard-free patient environment and follow safety protocols during transport</p> </li><li> <p>Support nursing assistants and serve as a preceptor for new team members</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>High School Diploma or equivalent preferred</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to sit in quiet observation of patient for long periods of time without distraction.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience in customer service or team-based environments a plus</p> </li><li> <p>Current BLS (CPR) certification required</p> </li><li> <p>Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to patient safety</p> </li></ul> <p>Physical & Mental Requirements</p> <p>This role involves frequent standing, walking, and lifting (up to 50 lbs.), as well as continuous mental focus and communication.
