<p>Description</p> <p>Cherry Hills Village, CO</p> <p>Seasonal, Part-Time Position</p> <p>$20-$22 per hour, DOE</p> <p>Glenmoor Country Club is an upscale, family-oriented private club located in beautiful Cherry Hills Village. Our mission is to create an exceptional, family-friendly member experience with superior facilities and service. We pride ourselves on professionalism, teamwork, and delivering a high level of service to our members and guests.</p> <p>Position Summary</p> <p>We are seeking a reliable, friendly, and proactive Parking Attendant to support daily parking operations and ensure a smooth and welcoming arrival experience for members and guests.</p> <p>This role requires a high level of professionalism, reliability, and presence. As one of the first and last points of contact at the Club, this individual is expected to consistently present themselves in a polished, courteous, and service-oriented manner while interacting with members and guests.</p> <p>Schedule</p> <p>Tuesday -Sundays | 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.</p> <p>Seasonal, Part-Time Position</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Direct member and guest vehicles safely and efficiently into designated parking areas </li><li>Greet members and guests upon arrival and provide a welcoming, service-oriented experience </li><li>Assist with traffic flow during peak periods, events, and special functions </li><li>Provide shuttle services for members and staff as needed, ensuring safe and timely transport </li><li>Coordinate with team members on arrival and departure logistics to support overall operations </li><li>Monitor parking areas to maintain order, cleanliness, and safety </li><li>Assist members and guests with directions, unloading items, or general inquiries </li><li>Observe and report any safety concerns, incidents, or property issues promptly </li><li>Support event setup and breakdown related to parking and arrival operations </li><li>Maintain a professional appearance and represent the Club in a positive manner </li><li>Assist with additional operational needs as assigned </li></ul> <p>Please note that Glenmoor is currently undergoing a clubhouse renovation. During this time, team members may work in and around temporary facilities and outdoor service areas as we continue to deliver a high-quality member experience.</p> <p>Compensation & Work Environment</p> <ul> <li>$20-$22 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications </li><li>Meals provided during shifts </li><li>Golf privileges included </li><li>Uniforms and safety gear provided </li><li>Work outdoors in a team-oriented environment </li></ul> <p>Glenmoor Country Club is a non-tipping facility. Team members are compensated through hourly wages rather than gratuities.</p> <p>Please note that Glenmoor is currently undergoing a clubhouse renovation.</p> <p>Benefits (Seasonal Eligibility)</p> <ul> <li>Sick pay up to 48 hours per year (accrued based on hours worked) </li><li>401(k) plan with employer match, subject to eligibility requirements (age, tenure, and hours worked) </li><li>Premium pay for holidays worked </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Strong customer service and interpersonal skills </li><li>Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with members, guests, and team members </li><li>Dependable, punctual, and able to follow direction </li><li>Ability to remain calm and professional in high-traffic or busy environments </li><li>Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions </li><li>Ability to stand and walk for extended periods </li><li>Safety- and service-oriented mindset </li><li>Valid driver's license required for duties involving shuttle service and operation of golf carts; must demonstrate safe driving practices when transporting members and staff </li><li>Prior hospitality, valet, or parking experience is a plus, but not required </li></ul> <p>Equal Employment Opportunity Statement:</p> <p>Glenmoor Country Club is an equal opportunity employer committed to fostering an inclusive and respectful workplace.
