If you love guiding young learners through early milestones and creating a joyful structured environment this is the perfect role for you.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li>Create a warm safe and engaging classroom for two year olds </li><li>Support social emotional cognitive and motor development through play based learning </li><li>Guide daily routines including meals potty training transitions and learning activities </li><li>Use TLE's award winning LEAP Curriculum to deliver developmentally appropriate lessons </li><li>Maintain a clean organized and joyful classroom environment </li><li>Build positive communication with families and collaborate with your teaching team </li></ul> <p>Tennessee Requirement</p> <p>Must have credentials documented in TNPAL Tennessee Professional Archive of Learning and meet Tennessee childcare training standards.
