Our average employee tenure of 15 years reinforces our commitment to our employees' career success and personal fulfillment!</p> <p>About the Role</p> <p>We are seeking a Supplier Development Engineer (SDE) to strengthen our external manufacturing network that supports our metals service center and value-added processing model.</p> <p>This hybrid position can be located in any of the following locations: Bolingbrook IL, Temperance MI, or Houston TX.</p> <p>Targeted compensation: $75-$95k/year based on level of experience.</p> <p>This role focuses on ensuring that customer requirements (blueprints, specifications, and standards) are effectively executed by our suppliers through robust process capability, quality systems, and continuous improvement.
