They will be a role model for service excellence and build teams that collaborate with others to serve and exceed the expectations of the hospital's customers.This Director will champion pro-active employee relations, manage conflict and/or change towards a productive outcomes. They will strive for continuous improvement and business results that meet/exceed every customer's expectation. Promotes the safety and well-being of all patients and employees within department.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Manages individual(s) including but not limited to: onboarding and hiring, training, workload management & performance evaluations, conducting professional development plans as needed. Ensures that the productivity and actions of that group meet/support the overall operational goals of the department as established by department leadership. </li><li>Plans, develops, and directs functions of peri-operative services. </li><li>Creates an environment of patient care that emphasizes service excellence with a strong preference for continuous performance improvement.
