Advance Blu Dot's reputation as an American design studio in the LA market.</p> <p>WHO YOU ARE:</p> <ul> <li>Creative and clever problem-solver with a solutions-oriented approach to daily tasks </li><li>Friendly and authentic individual with customer skills across all mediums </li><li>Time-management guru with an ability to prioritize competing demands </li><li>Adept and willing collaborator able to work independently and take direction appropriately </li><li>Focused on process improvement and able to pick up and integrate new technologies with ease </li><li>A champion for inclusion and belonging for everyone who walks through our doors; colleagues and customers alike </li></ul> <p>WHAT YOU WILL DO:</p> <ul> <li>Represent and expand the customer's connection to the Blu Dot brand through a personable and professional demeanor </li><li>Use product information and design knowledge to demonstrate merchandise features and benefits </li><li>Suggest additional items based on an assessment of a customer's needs </li><li>Assist with the sales process and ensure a seamless transition as needed </li><li>Create quotes and place orders as needed </li><li>Assist in prospecting new customers to help grow brand awareness in the market </li><li>Execute and maintain visual merchandising standards of the store </li><li>Assist in seasonal floor changes including light furniture assembly and some lifting </li><li>Utilize store supply of sales & marketing materials and distribute effectively to customers </li><li>Maintain an accurate customer email database for communicating sales, events, and promotions </li><li>Assist with market-specific events </li><li>Assist the Store Manager in maintaining accurate inventory levels and performing reoccurring cycle counts </li><li>Availability to work weekends is required </li><li>Everyone's welcome to our party!
