<p>Position Summary:</p> <p>The Global Webmaster is responsible for overseeing the strategy, development, maintenance, and optimization of an organization's digital presence across all international markets. This role ensures consistency, accessibility, and performance of the websites and web-based applications, supporting the company's business goals globally.</p> <p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Develop, implement, and manage SEO strategies tailored to local markets to drive organic growth. </li><li>Design, launch, and manage multi-language corporate websites and microsites. </li><li>Maintain continuity of web operations across multiple time zones and departments while assisting with content updates and website analytics. </li><li>Ensure all website content, structure, and navigation user-friendly, accessible, and culturally relevant while maintaining consistent, accurate, and current information is shared. </li><li>Collaborate with global teams to localize content and ensure compliance with local regulations and norms. </li><li>Create campaign-specific landing pages and A/B test to optimize performance. </li><li>Monitor site performance, usability, and SEO using analytics tools to provide actionable insights. </li><li>Serve as primary liaison for all website projects, ensuring seamless coordination with marketing, sales, and technical teams. </li><li>Coordinate website updates, security patches, and technical enhancements with internal IT and external vendors. </li><li>Support the integration of CRM and marketing automation platforms to enhance user experience. </li><li>Maintain web analytics and reporting systems, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders. </li><li>Ensure web accessibility and mobile responsiveness for all international users. </li><li>Manage domain registrations, hosting, and SSL certificates for multiple geographies. </li><li>Understanding of ecommerce CMS systems. </li><li>Oversee web governance, including privacy, copyright, and data protection policies globally. </li></ul> <p>Supervisory Responsibilities:</p> <p>This position has no supervisory responsibilities.</p> <p>Education and Experience Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, web development, or related field required. </li><li>Three plus years of experience managing large-scale, multi-language websites or digital platforms. </li><li>Strong understanding of international web standards, SEO, analytics, and UX/UI principles. </li><li>Proficiency in web development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal). </li><li>Experience with web security, accessibility standards, and compliance regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) </li><li>Excellent Project Management, communication, and cross-cultural collaboration skills. </li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment and manage multiple priorities. </li><li>Bilingual preferred. </li></ul> <p>Required Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Web server and site administration. </li><li>Web analytics and performance optimization. </li><li>Web content management and monitoring software </li><li>Communication Proficiency. </li><li>Customer/Client Focus. </li><li>Teamwork Orientation and Collaboration. </li><li>Project and Time Management. </li><li>Strong Organizational and Analytical Skills. </li><li>Ethical Conduct </li><li>Proficiency in MS Office Suite </li></ul> <p>Physical/Mental Demands:</p> <p>Position requires a high degree of concentration to manage frequent interruptions while meeting strict deadlines. Must be able to perform physical and mental tasks associated within multiple environments.
