The Administrative Clerk will be responsible for supporting the Training, Compliance, and AUKUS Supply Chain teams.</p> <p>This position is in the Kings Highway facility and will be in office up to five days a week.</p> <p>Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</p> <p>Admin Tasks:</p> <p>Formatting of Customer Letters to support the Buying and Compliance TeamSubmitting IT Tickets for the onboarding of new hiresScheduling, coordinating, and documenting attendance for training sessions for all D330 employeesOrdering of supplies for the department(s)Maintain meeting minutes for Supply Chain Managers</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>Skills:</p> <p>Must be task orientedStrong partnership and communication skillsAbility to work independently and interact with various teams, as well as the abilityto work as part of a teamMust be able to learn and adapt quickly in a demanding environmentMust possess excellent organizational skillsMust be able to effectively communicate verbally as well as in writingPossess excellent time management skillsAbility to multitask</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Required:</p> <p>High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalency2-5 years of administrative experience in an office settingMust be proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Excel and WordExperience with data input and strong attention to detailPreferred:</p> <p>Microsoft Outlook, Experience in office administration/office management, Experience using Adobe Acrobat Full Edition (not just Acrobat Reader)</p>
