<p>What you will do</p> <p>Under general supervision, you will provide sales support for Regional Sales Managers and Channel Partners. You will also provide technical support, product selection assistance, and order processing assistance. This position will help you gain experience in a sales role while you provide value to our customers and field sales team.</p> <p>How you will do it</p> <ul> <li>Provide technical, commercial, and pricing support to field sales personnel and customers. </li><li>Develop relationships with customer accounts to generate new business opportunities and promote new product releases. </li><li>Establish monthly cadence with Regional Sales Managers to attend and participate in customer facing meetings. </li><li>Attend weekly training sessions to build HVAC/R systems knowledge, product knowledge, learn sales management tools, learn sales tactics and processes. </li><li>Perform high levels of customer service when issues arise with order management, quality concerns, pricing discrepancies, and product application support. </li><li>Develop working relationships with Price Administration, Customer Service, and Product Management teams. </li><li>Lead product presentations internal to your team to prepare for customer facing presentations and webinar opportunities. </li><li>Responsible for recording sales activities and opportunities in Salesforce. </li><li>Learn how to review sales data and understand how to customize views that are relevant to customer type and region; at some level become familiar with how to create reports in PowerBI. </li></ul> <p>What We Look For</p> <p>Required</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree minimum (Engineering Degree highly preferred). </li><li>Proficiency with MS Office programs (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint), internet software and e-mail. </li></ul> <p>Preferred</p> <ul> <li>Internship experience in HVAC/controls industry is highly preferred. </li><li>Excellent communication skills. </li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. </li><li>Available to travel up to 20% - dependent upon your assignments. </li></ul> <p>#LI-JH1</p>
