Responsible for (area/discipline/specialism) using advanced technical capabilities/discipline expertise.</p> <p>You'll Be Responsible For:</p> <ul> <li>Managing effective cost planning, procurement, and delivery of cost management services that support strategic outcomes for clients. </li><li>Ensuring ethical, commercially sound operations while advancing carbon-reduction and responsible business practices. </li><li>Inspiring high-performing teams, driving continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence in cost management delivery. </li><li>Managing feasibility studies, procurement strategies and contract documentation to ensure robust, compliant project foundations. </li><li>Delivering accurate estimating, cost planning, valuation and reporting to maintain strong commercial control and client confidence. </li><li>Managing contract administration, assessing change, claims and final accounts to safeguard project outcomes. </li><li>Inspiring and developing teams, driving continuous improvement, stakeholder collaboration and net-zero-aligned delivery. </li></ul> <p>You'll Need To Have:</p> <ul> <li>Degree in quantity surveying/cost management with strong commercial and financial acumen. </li><li>Professional MRICS/RICS membership (or equivalent) with ongoing professional development. </li><li>Knowledge of value engineering, lifecycle costing, contract law and sustainability principles. </li><li>Experience leading project workstreams and managing senior stakeholder relationships. </li></ul> <p>The estimated salary for this position is $ 130,000.
