This role is perfect for those who enjoy keeping communities tidy, and have a passion for leading a team dedicated to our wonderful residents, who will love your unique personality and experience!</p> <p>Our Housekeeping Supervisor:</p> <ul> <li>Manage the Housekeepers on-site </li><li>Order supplies as needed </li><li>Assign the weekly schedules of our housekeeping staff. </li><li>Prepare budgets as needed for; laundry supplies, towels, cleaning supplies, carts, peripherals, and other supplies as necessary. </li><li>Occasionally assist with laundry services occasionally as needed. </li><li>Perform other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>What you need to succeed:</p> <ul> <li>Must be 18 years of age at time of start. </li><li>At least one year of supervisory experience, two or more highly preferred </li><li>High School diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred </li><li>Previous experience in a senior living community or hospitality setting is not required, but is highly desired! </li><li>Previous experience with budget management, supply ordering/maintenance. </li><li>Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills </li><li>A passion for customer service and providing the best experience for our residents! </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements</p> <ul> <li>May occasionally need to lift/push/pull up to 50lbs. </li></ul>
