<p>Position Summary:</p> <p>It's an exciting time for Blue Thunder Technologies as we are growing and expanding our team. Blue Thunder is a global distributor of consumable supplies used in controlled environments (pharmaceutical manufacturers, medical device manufacturers, biotechnology companies, etc.) and electronic manufacturing (contract manufacturers, semiconductor companies, etc.). We are seeking a Customer Service / Order Entry Representative. The ideal candidate is willing to learn, work hard, and can multitask</p> <p>Essential Functions and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Process customer orders </li><li>Process orders to vendors </li><li>Work directly with customers either by telephone or via email. </li><li>Office administrative duties </li><li>Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries </li><li>Follow up with vendors/customers to ensure seamless delivery of products </li><li>Provide information and support to customers on questions about orders, status, complaints, and returns </li><li>Assist with AP/AR clerical work </li><li>Assist sales team with quote/re-quote </li><li>Inventory management </li><li>Maintain accurate records of customer, interactions, and issues. </li></ul> <p>Education, Certifications and Licensures:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree is highly preferred </li><li>Excellent follow up skills </li><li>Must have a positive and friendly attitude and a strong work ethic </li><li>Strong problem analysis and problem-solving skills </li><li>Customer Service Orientation </li></ul>
