<p>Description</p> <p>Watertown Regional Medical Center is seeking Medical Technologist (MT) OR Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) for the night shift</p> <p>Job Summary:</p> <ul> <li>Serves as a professional member of the laboratory staff who works well as a member of the laboratory team, performing all laboratory procedures (Blood Bank, Chemistry, Coagulation, Hematology, Microbiology, Serology, Urinalysis, Point of Care) </li><li>Assist with R&D, staff training, quality control review and assessment, instrumentation maintenance, venipuncture, solves problems under critical time constraints, operates under minimal supervision, and assists the Analytical Lead and Laboratory Manager. </li></ul> <p>At Watertown Regional Medical Center, we recognize that our patients deserve qualified, engaged, and competent healthcare professionals.
