Advanced technologies enable us to process a large variety of scrap and dross and reduce the amount of residual waste from aluminum manufacturing that would otherwise end up as landfill.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>REAL ALLOY is looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor with excellent technical, organizational, and communication skills at our Loudon, TN location.</p> <p>We offer great benefits and the opportunity to grow your career with us.</p> <p>As our new Maintenance Supervisor for Real Alloy- Loudon, TN you will use your knowledge to mentor and train the maintenance team in addition to coordinating the department's various activities including PMs, MVP system, and repairs to equipment and facility.</p> <p>If you are a Maintenance Supervisor who can:</p> <ul> <li>Comply with plant safety rules company policies and ensure all team members adhere as well </li><li>Review and assign work orders to the appropriate team member </li><li>Ensure all team members are properly trained and motivated to perform at a high level </li><li>Create and post requsitions and purchase orders in the system </li><li>Understand and communicate the core values of the organization to create a sense of teamwork within the Maintenance department </li><li>Demonstrate excellent planning, organizing, time management, and computer skills, as well as effective oral and written communication skills </li><li>Supervise direct reports who perform the maintenance and repair functions in a safe manner </li></ul> <p>Then you will be the perfect fit for this role!</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>We are looking for a highly skilled, results driven, focussed and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our Real Alloy- Loudon, TN Team</p> <p>If you are an individual with:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or GED </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, experience with MVP preferred but not required </li><li>Background in Manufacturing methods, process improvement programs and procedures required </li><li>Ability to read and interpret documents such as work orders, procedures manuals, blueprints, operating and maintenance instructions and specifications, etc. </li><li>Knowledge and experince with natural gas furnace and gas combustion systems, bag house and environmental eqipment, refractory, mobile equipment PLCs and electrical </li><li>Ability to use logic and reasoning to analyze best practice maintenance procedures and systems to determine cause and effect relationship. </li><li>Maintenance Scheduling experience </li><li>Experience leading a team of 10 or more </li></ul> <p>Then we are interested in having you join our team!</p> <p>The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by people assigned to this classification.
