This role is focused on building high-performing, on-brand email templates and design systems in Figma that bring guest data and personalization to life across campaigns and automated journeys.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:</p> <ul> <li>Design email templates and modules (promotional, lifecycle, transactional, loyalty) that are on-brand and optimized for mobile and desktop </li><li>Build and maintain scalable design systems in Figma, including components, modules, and style libraries used across CRM campaigns. </li><li>Apply best practices for responsive email design, typography, hierarchy, and UX to drive opens, clicks, and conversions. </li><li>Translate analytics and campaign goals into intuitive, high-impact visuals. </li><li>Partner with marketing, brand, and data teams to ensure creatives align with customer lifecycle strategies. </li><li>Maintain a library of reusable components for rapid activation. </li><li>QA test all CRM creatives across devices and email clients. </li><li>Assist and/ or complete additional tasks as assigned. </li></ul> <p>EDUCATION/WORKING KNOWLEDGE:</p> <ul> <li>3-5 years of digital design experience (hospitality, entertainment, or lifestyle brands preferred). </li><li>Expert in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and CRM-friendly design tools (e.g., Stensul, Salesforce Content Builder). </li><li>Strong understanding of responsive email design, typography, and UX/UI for mobile. </li><li>Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email optimization is a plus. </li><li>Portfolio showing creative use of data and personalization </li></ul> <p>SKILLS / PHYSICAL DEMANDS / WORK ENVIRONMENT / SCHEDULE</p> <p>The work environment characteristics and/or physical demands described here are representative of those a Team Member encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
