<p>Job Responsibilities</p> <p>This Program Assistant position is on the Certification team in the Office of Educator Services. The individual in this position will</p> <ul> <li>process applications for certification of in-state educators; </li><li>review and evaluate credentials of out-of-state applicants and apply the rules for reciprocity; </li><li>reviews and evaluate experience records of educators, including teaching and work experience; </li><li>processes requests and evaluations for adding certification fields and endorsements; </li><li>analyzes and process class level advancement requests based on attainment of degrees and advanced coursework; </li><li>responds to telephone inquiries and emails concerning all aspects of educator certification. </li></ul> <p>Minimum and Additional Requirements</p> <p>A high school diploma and relevant program experience.
