<p>RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Serve as a Heat and Mass Balance Lead to develop HMB on Combined Cycle Power Projects </li><li>Provide strong leadership to help develop scope documents during the early phases of project development </li><li>Interface with the Owner to help define scope and develop scopes of work for proposal packages </li><li>Interface with internal resources to Prepare equipment inquiry/RFQ packages. </li><li>Perform equipment technical bid evaluations and prepare recommendations. </li><li>Review equipment vendor documents for compliance to project specifications and industry standards. </li><li>Develop job notes and technical scopes of work. </li><li>Prepare man-hour estimates for proposals. </li><li>Attend Client, Vendor, and Internal Team meetings. </li><li>Present technical information to peers or other personnel for review, to implement operating procedures, and resolve system malfunctions. </li><li>Independently evaluate, select, and apply standard engineering techniques, procedures, and criteria using judgment in making minor adaptations and modifications. </li><li>Provide specific to discipline technical expertise to the degree of preparing and providing training for other personnel; both within the company and for the customer. </li><li>May supervise, coordinate, and review work of a small staff of engineers or technicians on assigned work. </li><li>As a Licensed Professional Engineer, seals and signs all documentation produced by own work. May also seal and sign work done by engineers under direct supervision. </li><li>Other duties as assigned </li></ul>
