For information about ABM's benefits, visit ABM Employee Benefits | Front Line Team Members | (Programa de Beneficios de ABM)</p> <p>Basic Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Must be 18 years of age or older </li><li>No experience required and on the job training provided </li><li>No high school diploma, GED or college degree required </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Customer service experience </li><li>1 year of similar work experience </li></ul> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <p>Job Functions</p> <ul> <li>Performs duties of employees within the program assigned. </li><li>Assist with training employees in tasks, safety, policies, and procedures. </li><li>Coordinate and monitors work activities. </li><li>Written reports, such as pass down, weekly, or monthly. </li><li>Perform quality, service, and safety inspections. </li><li>Tracks equipment inventory, maintenance and repair. </li><li>Tracks supplies inventory and maintained. </li><li>Issue equipment and supplies. </li><li>Monitors employees for proper use of personal protective equipment, supplies, and equipment. </li><li>Reports employee accidents, personnel and customer issues to supervisor. </li><li>Corrects at risk behavior immediately, then reports to the supervisor immediately. </li><li>Provide recommendations for corrective action on areas that need improvement. </li><li>Maintain records, i.e. training, inspections, data collection. </li><li>Assign tasks to workers based on job requirements or special assignments. </li><li>Inspect all completed work for conformance to ABM and customer standards. </li><li>Order and issue supplies and equipment. </li><li>Train new workers and oversee on-going training of existing employees. </li><li>Provide recommendation to Supervisor for disciplinary actions of performance deficiencies of staff. </li><li>Train cleaning staff in proper cleaning duties and ensure their compliance with all regulations and policies. </li><li>Make sure proper staffing levels are maintained and coordinate personnel requisitions with Supervisor </li><li>Work with Supervisor on the maintenance of payroll records and personnel performance. </li><li>Fill in for employees who are out for sick leave or vacation. </li><li>Be "on-call" on a rotating basis, for weekend and late night emergency duty. </li><li>Perform all other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>#300</p>
