<p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Bartenders must be friendly, helpful and courteous when dealing with all guests. </li><li>Responsible for monies in the coin banks. </li><li>Prepares orders taken from the cocktail staff and guests. </li><li>Keeps inventory of stock in their assigned bar. </li><li>Notifies barbacks when supplies are low. </li><li>Prepares cut fruit, condiments, etc. </li><li>Regular attendance in conformance with standards, which may be established by Bally's from time to time, is essential to the successful performance of this position. </li><li>Employees with irregular attendance will be subject to Bally's Attendance Policy. </li><li>Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality/entertainment industry, employees may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the property.
