Ranked 35 among national universities, Boston College has 888 full-time and 1,281 FTE faculty, 2,711 non-faculty employees, an operating budget of $1.4 billion, and an endowment in excess of $3.5 billion.</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>Reporting to the Assistant Dean, Graduate Recruitment & Enrollment, the Admissions Specialist works with the CSOM Graduate Recruitment/Enrollment team on the recruitment and conversion of quality MBA, MSF, MSA, & Ph.D. candidates. Taking direction from the Assistant Dean, Graduate Recruitment & Enrollment, this role supports the various enrollment management systems and application processes for all prospective students. The Admissions Specialist assists with operating back-end office databases and enrollment systems containing applicant credentials and data. He or she supports the office operations related to inventory, purchasing, space, technology (Slate and EagleApps), decision processing, and Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) processing. This position also continually updates the graduate program web pages as well as applications and other forms in compliance with enrollment/recruitment strategies, CSOM initiatives and university policies and practices.</p> <p>Hiring Range: $26.76/hr to $33.43/hr. Pay rate commensurate with relevant experience.</p> <p>Requirements</p> <p>A Bachelor's degree is preferred. One year of University or higher education admissions experience. Ability to articulate the graduate program admissions requirements.
