Our team members also appreciate the easy commute and minimal driving required by our Beverly portfolio.</p> <p>Experienced fire alarm technicians are encouraged to apply to Cummings Properties for this full-time opportunity, which has a schedule of 6:30 AM to 3:15 PM, Monday through Friday.</p> <p>Job Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Wire and install and troubleshoot devices related to all types of addressable fire alarm systems and panels </li><li>Program devices related to all types of addressable fire alarm systems and panels </li><li>Snow removal </li></ul> <p>Job Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of three to five years working on commercial addressable fire alarm systems required </li><li>Residency in the greater Beverly area </li><li>Professional demeanor and strong work ethic </li><li>Knowledge of HVAC controls, electrical construction and variable frequency drives preferred </li><li>Customer service skills </li><li>Self-motivated and strong troubleshooting skills are required </li><li>Fluency in spoken English and sound understanding of written English </li><li>Good driving record </li><li>Electrical License is not required, but desirable </li></ul> <p>Cummings Properties has a long history of giving back to the community.
