<p>The Main function of a Surveillance Officer is to protect the casino, It's guests, and fellow employees by observing the gaming floor and all other areas of the casino via digital surveillance.</p> <p>RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <ul> <li>Knowledge of table games procedures, house rules, and ICMPs </li><li>Monitor table games, slot floor, and all critical areas of the casino </li><li>Monitor premises of all areas to detect crimes or disturbances, using closed circuit television monitors, and notify authorities if needed for corrective actions </li><li>Basic knowledge of Colorado gaming laws </li><li>Take and respond to radio calls </li><li>Answer phone calls and record all information into a designated log </li><li>Able to function in a multi-task situation </li><li>Able to monitor multiple cameras </li><li>Observe and report all infractions. </li><li>Basic understanding of video recording and camera equipment. </li><li>Communicate and implement department procedure in accordance with internal controls. </li><li>Complete surveillance reports and investigations. </li><li>Strong written and oral communication </li><li>Strong sense of confidentiality </li></ul> <p>Target Salary Range: ($20.00)</p> <p>Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
