Moran Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources</p> <p>SUBJECT: LEAD SITE SUPERVISORS FOR THE SMART START EXTENDED DAY Contingent upon funding, the Smart Start Extended Day Program is seeking LEAD SITE SUPERVISORS for the 2025-2026 school year for elementary schools. This is a twelve-month program that may require working on holidays, as well as during school and summer vacations. QUALIFICATIONS: 1.Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred 2.At least five years of successful classroom experience preferred 3.Excellent written and oral communication skills and strong organizational skills 4.Strong computer skills 5.CPR/First Aid Certification required annually 6.Safety Care Training preferred 7.Experience working as Site Supervisor in the Smart Start Extended Day Program required</p> <p>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1.Supervise the entire program at the assigned site 2.Maintain communication with the staff, site supervisors, and the Community Schools office 3.Responsible for scheduling and oversight of staff, including the implementation of quality programming 4.Responsible for verifying staff payroll using Somroli Timeclock 5.Manage records and payments with EZ Child Track Management System 6.Order supplies and materials for site program 7.Adhere to and implement required EEC regulations for funded programs including completion of a required Background Record Check every three years, annual completion of EEC Essentials Training Modules, and submission of requested staff records to a confidential file in Human Resources 8.Other duties as assigned by the Director of Community Schools and the Coordinator of Extended Day Programs</p> <p>COMPENSATION: Administrative Hourly Rate of Pay FUNDING SOURCE: Community Schools</p>
