As part of the management team, you have the opportunity to help build a strong team that will provide excellent customer service and foster a culture focused on achieving excellent salon results.</p> <p>The manager's core responsibilities will include motivating and managing the team to deliver excellent results, providing a championship haircut experience for their clients, and leading stylists to reach their highest potential.</p> <p>Our managers typically average $21-35 per hour including base pay, tips, and commission.
