This position is an amazing opportunity to dive deep into the administrative side of the school campus while also developing a strong community and guiding teacher development as we seek to continuously improve our educational methods.</p> <p>Most importantly, our schools embrace a culture of care-physically, emotionally, socially, and intellectually, both in and out of the classroom. This position will play a critical role in guiding this culture to ensure a community where children are at the center of everything we do, and creating an optimal learning environment that is safe, welcoming, and well-organized.</p> <p>This position is for our Stratford School Beresford campus located in Milpitas, CA 95035</p> <p>What We Are Looking For</p> <ul> <li> <p>A Bachelor's degree with a major or emphasis in Child Development or similar field</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum one year of experience in a school leadership position (Principal, Assistant Principal, Team Leader, or similar)</p> </li><li> <p>One year of previous teaching experience</p> </li><li> <p>Knowledge of state education and licensing standards and maintains validation of credentials for the position</p> </li></ul>
