<p>Warehouse Associate Sunday - Wednesday: 7:00 am - 5:30 pm</p> <p>The Picker / Packer's primary purpose is to perform production work such as picking materials and verifying items for accuracy before packing. Success in this position is measured by maintaining and/or surpassing the standard OPH (orders per hour) by client and exceeding efficiency goals to satisfy client needs and demands.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Pick the order from the slot. </li><li>Put the merchandise in the box. </li><li>Send it to the line (ship). </li><li>Replenish products for PTL machine for the next shift. </li><li>Organize, tidy up and clean your work area and equipment. </li><li>Report any errors or dysfunctions to the team leaders. </li><li>Respect the best practices and training guides in force on the job. </li><li>Cross train in other areas of the department. </li><li>Other duties as assigned. </li><li>Manually remove dunnage from inbound loads. </li><li>Document load with pictures using an application on company issued tablet. </li><li>Manually restacking pallets as needed for shifted loads. </li><li>Inspecting pallet quality. </li><li>Manually wrapping pallets with stretch wrap as needed. </li><li>Documenting pallets as they come in and go out in an excel spreadsheet. </li><li>Always Maintaining clean work area. </li></ul> <p>Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour-plus $1.50 shift diff.</p> <p>#LI-DNP</p> <p>1-2+ yrs experience in a warehouse environment</p> <p>Ability to communicate in English orally and written</p> <p>This position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.</p>
