You will have the opportunity to engage in both field and office work, with a potential hybrid role allowing for 50% office presence. The majority of projects are IDOT-related, with potential future work with CDOT and county projects. You will be provided with a company vehicle (2023 or newer) for personal use, along with a gas card and covered maintenance. Each project has a dedicated field office, reducing the need to work from the Lisle office.
