<p>Job Title: QA Specialist</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>The QA Specialist will collaborate with various departments to ensure products meet quality and compliance standards, both internally and externally. Key responsibilities include Batch Record Review, Lot Disposition, and Quality System review. This role involves evaluating deviations, conducting investigations on escalated deviations, performing quality reviews of these escalations, and creating and monitoring the associated Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs).</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Conduct Batch Record Review and Lot Disposition. </li><li>Perform Quality System reviews. </li><li>Evaluate and investigate deviations, particularly those that are escalated. </li><li>Perform quality reviews on escalations. </li><li>Create and monitor associated CAPAs. </li><li>Contribute to the development of clinical and commercial products. </li></ul> <p>Skills & Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree in a relevant scientific discipline preferred. </li><li>0-2 years of pharmaceutical or biotech industry experience. </li><li>Exposure to Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and technical writing. (preferred) </li><li>Experience with quality-related investigations. (preferred) </li><li>Knowledge of international regulations such as ICH. (preferred) </li><li>Familiarity with Risk Management Tools (FMEA, HACCP, PHA, etc.).
