<p>As an Overnight Team Member at Chick-fil-A, you play a critical role in ensuring the restaurant is thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and fully reset for the next day's operations. This position includes a combination of Front of House (FOH), Back of House (BOH), and kitchen duties, all focused on deep cleaning, restocking, and maintaining our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Close and clean the dining room </li><li>Sweep and mop floors </li><li>Roll up and store rugs </li><li>Clean tables, chair legs, and cracks between surfaces </li><li>Clean glass doors and ramp area </li><li>Clean bathrooms: </li><li>Change garbage </li><li>Clean mirrors, hand dryers, walls, toilets, and counters </li></ul> <p>Clean the ice cream machine thoroughly</p> <ul> <li>Fully disassemble and sanitize all components, then allow to air dry </li></ul> <p>Front Counter Breakdown & Reassembly:</p> <ul> <li>Remove, wash, and sanitize drink tower parts and ice bin </li><li>Reassemble correctly </li><li>Wipe down POS screens, bin tops, and keypads </li></ul> <p>Kitchen Closing Procedures:</p> <ul> <li>Primary & Secondary stations </li><li>Machines & Fryers </li><li>Breading table clean-up </li></ul> <p>Back Counter Breakdown & Reassembly:</p> <ul> <li>Remove screws/dividers, wash all parts, clean shoot </li><li>Reassemble dividers correctly by food item </li><li>Shine counters and fridges </li><li>Sweep behind and between counters </li></ul> <p>Truck</p> <ul> <li>Verify items against the invoice </li><li>Store products in correct areas (dry, freezer, or refrigerated) </li><li>Report and notate any damaged or missing items, notify leadership </li></ul> <p>Final Walkthrough & Documentation:</p> <ul> <li>Ensure all stations are clean and reassembled properly </li><li>Verify all equipment is in its correct location and plugged in </li><li>Conduct a final mop of the entire restaurant </li></ul> <p>Working at a Chick-fil-A restaurant is more than a job - it's an opportunity for teamwork and leadership development in a positive, people-focused environment.
