<p>Marketing and Product Manager</p> <p>CANDIDATE IDENTIFIED</p> <p>Position Title:</p> <p>Marketing and Product Manager</p> <p>Pay Rate</p> <p>$170,000 - $210,000</p> <p>Multiple factors, including Individual experience, skills and abilities will determine where an employee is ultimately placed in the pay range.</p> <p>PL 20</p> <p>Category/Shift:</p> <p>Salaried Full-Time</p> <p>Physical Location:</p> <p>Corporate Headquarters</p> <p>Memphis, TN</p> <p>The Job You Will Perform:</p> <p>The Marketing and Product Manager, has responsibility for managing aspects of the PSNA Containerboard market segments and marketing strategy through close coordination with PSNA functional departments.</p> <ul> <li>Marketing strategy development </li><li>Coordinate closely with manufacturing, sales, finance, technology, and supply chain to overserve 80s and maximize value </li><li>Optimize product, customer, and placement mix in order to maximize EBITDA </li><li>Facilitate efforts on product strategy to overserve 80s </li><li>Lead FSC program for CB, working with PSNA </li></ul> <p>Key Accountabilities & Challenges:</p> <ul> <li>Develop customer and product strategies that align with PSNA customer excellence objectives. </li><li>Identify and target strategic market segments to drive sustainable, profitable sales. </li><li>Monitor customer segmentation and ensure resources are allocated to meet key needs. </li><li>Collaborate with internal teams (operations, technology, service, finance, supply chain) to develop profitable products that support business objectives and customer requirements. </li><li>Develop clear business cases for strategic and customer-focused capital investments in the mill system. </li><li>Share business and marketing objectives with peer leadership to ensure coordinated plans. </li><li>Build relationships with IP Converting and open market teams to understand evolving customer needs and present business cases for change. </li><li>Containerboard supply/demand creates a marketing challenge to maximize our value proposition consistently between internal business units </li><li>Matching increased volume opportunities with coordinated capacity/production analysis in order to meet commitments at lowest cost-to-serve. </li><li>Introducing a centralized marketing and product strategy to the organization and aligning previous function-specific efforts into a shared plan. </li><li>Developing internal reporting and measuring objectives, practices, and measures </li><li>Aligning functional practices (sales, support, marketing, logistics) into a focused marketing plan </li><li>Influencing peer and leadership groups </li></ul> <p>The Skills You Will Bring:</p> <ul> <li>10 years minimum combined sales, business, marketing, and manufacturing experience.
