<p>Job Summary</p> <p>The?Co-Op?Program?provides the student with?a?broad knowledge of?Papa John's?products and services?and?how they are produced.?The?role?for the Co-Op student is?to learn how?Papa John's?operates and how engineering work is accomplished, while sharing new ideas and contributing to special projects.</p> <p>Duties and Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Learn all facets of?the?day-to-day operations of?the?primary QCC Center including production, distribution, maintenance, safety, sanitation, accounting, human resources, customer service and transportation</p> </li><li> <p>Develop and demonstrate?an?analytical approach to problem solving?in order to achieve?process?improvement</p> </li><li> <p>Gain exposure to facets of the product development process and the quality requirements that must?be?met;?document product development revisions, as well as the tools and systems used</p> </li><li> <p>Work cross-functionally on projects that improve your leadership, analytical and project management skills</p> </li><li> <p>Record, analyze and evaluate issues</p> </li><li> <p>Create reports on trends and other data utilized in root cause analyses</p> </li><li> <p>Set goals?and?objectives for your co-op rotation with your assignment leader?and schedule?regular feedback sessions</p> </li><li> <p>Lead teams across multiple levels of the business through influencing;?assist your team with development and execution of project ideas</p> </li></ul>
