Seeking someone who is searching for a long-term career opportunity.</p> <p>Role and Duties:</p> <p>Restoration Technicians are among the first people to provide support to victims of fires, floods, and other disasters by helping them restore their homes and property so they can start getting their lives back to normal. Restoration Technicians help assess what property and belongings can be saved. This includes packing contents, taking personal property inventory, and photo documentation. The job of a Restoration Technician takes communication skills, empathy, and physical stamina to do the on-site work required.</p> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Must hold a valid drivers license, with a satisfactory driving record. </li><li>Must possess great technology based skills. </li><li>Nights and Weekends/ On -Call Schedule required </li><li>Desire to join a world-class team and contribute a positive attitude </li><li>Dedication to customer service </li><li>Fluent in English </li><li>Clean criminal background check </li><li>Ability to pass a drug test </li><li>Valid driver's license with a clean record </li><li>Have the ability to work nights/weekends and overtime, if needed </li><li>Ability to lift 75 LBS frequently </li><li>Desire to continually learn new things </li><li>Must have excellent communication skills. </li><li>Must have a minimum of one year experience Construction Field and experience using hand tools. </li><li>Superior Customer Service is a MUST. </li></ul> <p>BENEFITS INCLUDE:</p> <ul> <li>Health & Dental Benefits </li><li>Sick Pay </li><li>Accident Insurance </li></ul> <p>Role on the Team (Job Responsibilities):</p> <ul> <li>High level performance of water mitigation, tarping, board up, mold remediation, asbestos/lead abatement and carpet cleaning/reinstallation services according to Paul Davis and industry specifications under the supervision of the Mitigation Manager. </li><li>Focus and dedication to providing excellent customer service. </li><li>Maintain a clean, properly stocked and organized truck and maintain all company equipment. </li><li>Be accessible by phone and participate, as necessary, in the on-call schedule. </li><li>Assist in warehousing and facility related tasks when necessary. </li><li>You will assist other team members as you see opportunities arise and be a leader for the team when needed. </li></ul> <p>Please apply if you think you have what it takes to serve others and deliver a world-class service when others need it the most.
