<p>Registered Nurse</p> <p>Schedule: 7:00pm-7:30am; PRN</p> <p>Department: Float Pool</p> <p>Hospital: Henry Ford Rochester</p> <p>Location: Rochester, MI</p> <p>GENERAL SUMMARY:</p> <ul> <li>Provides leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality compassionate patient care. </li><li>Utilizes the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, to provide, delegate, supervise and document care and teaching of patients and family. </li><li>Effectively communicates pertinent patient/family information to health care team. </li><li>Participates in finding solutions for variances from patient goals and ensures implementation of solutions. </li></ul> <p>Contingent Option II: Clinical Resources Department contingents that report directly to a House Manager, Clinical Resources Department. Meets all accountabilities of a Registered Nurse. (Refer to Job Description, Registered Nurse, F02426).</p> <p>EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:</p> <ul> <li>Graduation from an accredited school of Nursing. </li><li>Previous 1.5-2 years recent related clinical nursing experience and a demonstrated level of performance and practice required. </li></ul> <p>CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURES REQUIRED:</p> <ul> <li>Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing. </li><li>BLS Provider obtained within 1 month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date.
