<p>Counselor (Floater) Full-time 40 Hours Weekly</p> <p>Castle Partial Care Hospitalization Program (PHP)- Willingboro, Camden, & Berlin</p> <p>Population: Children & Adolescents</p> <p>Monday - Friday/Days</p> <p>Starting at $23.00 per hour PLUS full benefits</p> <p>Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>401(k) </li><li>Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance </li><li>Paid Time Off </li><li>Tuition reimbursement </li><li>Employee discounts on gym memberships, cell phone packages, hotels, rental cars, computers, amusement parks, theater tickets, and more! </li></ul> <p>MUST have a bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field.</p> <p>One year of experience with children and/or adolescents in behavioral & mental health.</p> <p>Provides for the direct care and management of patient population of a partial care treatment center.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Provides direct care and management of patient population. </li><li>Maintains a safe and therapeutic environment for all patients. </li><li>Facilitates psycho-educational groups that address specific identified treatment issues and reinforces the patient's treatment plan. </li><li>Ability to assess patient's goals and provide emotional support. </li><li>Provides observational feedback within the multidisciplinary team context. </li><li>Accurately records daily patient progress in the medical record as well as completing other required paperwork. </li><li>Rides along with the van driver to transport patients to and from program. </li><li>Able to observe patient behavior, assess its appropriateness, enforce appropriate safety regulations and emergency procedures, and apply appropriate behavior management techniques. </li><li>Annual certification in HWC behavior management systems. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>BA in psychology, social work or related field. </li><li>1 year experience working with children and/or adolescents. Knowledge and experience in dealing with child and adolescent mental health, including behavior problems, depression, grief/loss, and related family issues. </li><li>Must have demonstrated abilities to work with a team and to be able to manage multiple responsibilities with professionalism. </li><li>Ability to accept supervision and guidance. </li><li>Seeks opportunities for personal and professional growth. </li><li>Good character, integrity, flexibility, and adaptability. </li><li>Current CPR and first aid certifications. </li></ul> <p>#CounselorFloater</p> <p>#CounselorFT</p>
