Your day-to-day will include:</p> <ul> <li>Processing transactions like deposits, withdrawals, and payments with accuracy and efficiency. Providing top-notch customer service and answer account-related questions. </li><li>Identifying customer needs and recommend appropriate banking products or services. </li><li>Maintaining a balanced cash drawer and ensure compliance with security procedures. </li><li>Assisting with ATM and night deposit transactions. </li><li>Learning and growing through training opportunities-including potential cross-training in new accounts. </li></ul> <p>About You</p> <p>What You Bring</p> <p>We're looking for someone:</p> <ul> <li>Who has at least six months of customer service experience-banking experience is a plus! </li><li>Is comfortable handling cash and balancing transactions. </li><li>Enjoys working in a team and building relationships with customers. </li><li>Has strong communication skills and attention to detail. </li><li>Is eager to learn and grow in the banking industry. </li></ul> <p>Where You'll Work & What to Expect</p> <p>You'll be working in a comfortable, climate-controlled office with a great team and a collaborative atmosphere. While it's mostly a counter type desk job, there's a lot of movement involved to keep things interesting!</p> <p>Here's what you can expect:</p> <ul> <li>You'll spend a good part of your day standing and working at a computer, helping customers, and handling transactions. </li><li>Occasionally, you'll sit, walk, reach, or even crouch (though we promise, not too much crouching!). </li><li>From time to time, you may need to lift or move up to 30 pounds-nothing too heavy, but just enough to keep you on your toes. </li><li>You'll need to be comfortable using office equipment like computers, phones, and copiers. </li><li>Reliability is key-we count on our team for regular on-site attendance and to be punctual. </li><li>In rare cases, you may need to work extended hours or travel off-site. </li><li>If there's an emergency, you should be able to navigate outside safely. </li><li>We also want to make sure you can see all the important details! We offer an extensive benefits package that includes, but is not limited to medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.
