<p>What makes this role important at Ipsos?</p> <p>The Senior Project Assistant will provide day to day support with data entry on significant projects.</p> <p>What you can expect to be doing:</p> <ul> <li>Provides superior administrative support to deliverables </li><li>Sets-up/maintains appropriate electronic and hard copy project folders and project-related documents </li><li>Assists with moderator calendar entries </li><li>Coordinates project deliverables </li><li>Other administrative duties as seen necessary </li><li>Project management: Coordinating market research studies including project scheduling, coordination and implementation </li><li>Performing data analysis, interpretation and verification </li><li>Preparation of reports and presentations </li></ul> <p>This might be the job for you if you have:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or higher </li><li>Advanced knowledge in quantitative research methodologies </li><li>Highly motivated, self-directed & possessing a driven personality capable of working within tight deadlines. </li><li>Superior organizational skills, unflagging attention to detail & demonstrated a commitment to the accuracy and completeness of the information. </li><li>Capable of working under minimal supervision with a high level of initiative, energy & enthusiasm for learning. </li><li>Well-developed interpersonal skills are necessary; excellent verbal and written communication skills. </li></ul> <p>If you don't meet 100% of the requirements, we encourage all who feel they might be a fit for the opportunity to apply.
