This position is responsible for providing expert HR guidance on a wide range of issues, including employee relations, talent management, organizational development, and change management. The HR Business Partner will act as a true business partner, aligning HR strategies with business objectives and driving organizational success.</p> <p>Principal Duties and Responsibilities</p> <p>Strategic HR Consulting</p> <ul> <li> <p>Partner with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies that support business objectives.</p> </li><li> <p>Provide expert HR advice and guidance on a wide range of issues, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation, and benefits.</p> </li><li> <p>Conduct HR needs assessments and develop solutions to address business challenges.</p> </li></ul> <p>Employee Relations</p> <ul> <li> <p>Investigate and resolve employee relations issues, such as employee complaints, conflicts, and disciplinary matters.</p> </li><li> <p>Provide guidance on employee performance management, including coaching, mentoring, and performance improvement plans.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.</p> </li></ul> <p>Talent Management</p> <ul> <li> <p>Support talent acquisition efforts, including recruitment, selection, and onboarding.</p> </li><li> <p>Develop and implement employee development programs, including training, coaching, and mentorship.</p> </li><li> <p>Support succession planning and leadership development initiatives.</p> </li></ul> <p>Organizational Development</p> <ul> <li>Drive organizational change initiatives and support the development of a high-performing culture. </li><li>Facilitate team building and improve team effectiveness. </li><li>Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization. </li></ul> <p>Data Analysis and Reporting</p> <ul> <li>Analyze HR data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions. </li><li>Prepare reports and presentations to communicate HR metrics and insights to leadership. </li></ul> <p>Experience and Education</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. </li><li>7+ years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 5 years in a HR Business Partner role. </li><li>PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification preferred. </li><li>Experience with HRIS systems and data analytics. </li></ul> <p>Required Skills and Abilities</p> <ul> <li>Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations. </li><li>Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. </li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. </li><li>Proven ability to build strong relationships with business leaders. </li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team. </li></ul> <p>Benefits Summary</p> <ul> <li>High quality voluntary health, vision, disability, life, and dental insurance programs </li><li>401K Matching Plan </li><li>Employee Stock Purchase Plan </li><li>Paid holidays, vacation, and sick leave </li><li>Corporate sponsored programs to enhance employee physical, financial, mental and emotional wellness </li><li>Financial Solution Program </li></ul> <p>Equal Employment Opportunity:</p> <p>Goosehead is an equal opportunity employer and complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, guidelines, and regulations.
