<p>Our Commercial Roofing Service Technicians complete a variety of commercial roofing jobs for our Bone Dry Roofing Commercial Division customers in the Sarasota area by providing exceptional service. Benefits not found too often in the roofing industry.</p> <p>Duties and Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Perform necessary repairs for commercial properties as described in the scope of work. </li><li>Be the main point of contact for the commercial business customer during the project. </li><li>Estimate materials and labor required to complete projects. </li><li>Communicate with customers as needed </li><li>Be on call for after-hours emergency calls if on rotation. </li><li>Look for other necessary repairs, i.e., gutters, windows, etc. </li><li>Follow all safety procedures. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent </li><li>Valid driver's license </li><li>Pass a background check </li><li>2+ years of Low slope roofing repair and service experience </li><li>Experienced in single-ply systems- TPO, EDPM, PVC, also MODBIT and liquid coatings </li><li>Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs. </li><li>Occasional overnight stays </li><li>Military service is a plus </li></ul> <p>Compensation and Benefits</p> <ul> <li>$20 to $30 per hour commensurate with experience </li><li>Medical, Vision, and Dental Insurance </li><li>Company paid Life Insurance </li><li>Company paid short-term disability </li><li>401(k) Plan </li><li>PTO, Vacation, and Holidays </li></ul>
