<p>Kforce has a client that is seeking an AP Specialist in Boston, MA.</p> <p>Essential Functions:</p> <ul> <li>Process and code invoices across various categories with accuracy and timeliness </li><li>Manage the AP inbox and respond to vendor and internal inquiries professionally </li><li>Perform end-to-end AP tasks including invoice entry, approvals, and payment execution </li><li>Handle high-volume invoice processing in a dynamic, fast-moving environment </li><li>Leverage automation tools and AI-driven systems to streamline AP workflows </li><li>Maintain vendor records and ensure compliance with company policies </li><li>Assist with month-end close and reconciliation activities </li><li>Support special projects and process improvement initiatives as needed* Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred) </li><li>2+ years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting </li><li>Comfortable with hands-on AP processing from start to finish </li><li>Experience working in high-volume environments </li><li>Proficiency with accounting software and AP automation tools </li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail </li><li>Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities </li><li>Tech-savvy with a proactive approach to leveraging digital tools </li></ul>
