Target rounding is 5 days per week (Monday through Friday). This is a full-time, benefits eligible position. Competitive compensation with an estimated base salary range of $130,760 to $154,911 annually with no cap on productivity income potential.</p> <p>We ask that candidates have a current New York NP or PA license and DEA.
