<p>Summary of Responsibilities:</p> <p>Are you a records guru? We're looking for a records specialist to support the organization by collecting strategic information, performing data analysis, reconciling data, and creating custom reports for our asset records.</p> <p>Essential Responsibilities:</p> <p>You'll use your Associate degree with an emphasis in a technical area and/or relevant equivalent training and work experience to support ATC in three key areas:</p> <p>Process Data Management</p> <ul> <li>Collect and analyze data to identify current and future trends. </li><li>Identify and monitor key performance indicators and provide summary reports along with the underlying data from various databases or systems of record. </li><li>Perform database queries, database investigations, data extracts, and analytics for cross-functional teams. </li></ul> <p>Drawing Administration</p> <ul> <li>Administer the checking in and out of newly created or modified transmission line or substation drawings. </li><li>Assign drawing numbers, electronically file drawings and enter associated metadata into the records management application per CADD standards. </li><li>Work effectively with our internal and external customers to identify and resolve documentation issues. </li></ul> <p>Record Management</p> <ul> <li>Initiate and track the drawing routing process for a given project group. </li><li>Assemble and distribute documentation for bidding and construction. </li><li>Receipt of vendor documentation. </li><li>Tracking of drawings between projects and consultants. </li><li>Process asset documentation received for project closeout. Documents may be in digital or paper format. </li><li>Provide customer support in locating asset records. </li><li>Perform routine records work, such as making and distributing copies, mailing, and maintaining files. </li><li>Organizing paper files to be stored offsite, as well as updating "offsite storage" database. </li></ul> <p>In addition, your two plus years of experience providing administrative support in an engineering office environment and familiarity with drawings, drawing management systems and CADD software will allow you to manage and maintain the flow of documents within project teams and create custom reports.</p> <p>If this role sounds like you, we want you to bring your positive energy to ATC!</p> <p>Grades 16/19/21</p> <p>Number of Openings Available:</p> <p>0</p> <p>Posting Date:</p> <p>2025-04-30</p> <p>Time Type:</p> <p>Full time</p> <p>Equal Opportunity Employer:</p> <p>ATC is an equal opportunity employer that seeks to foster diverse teams of talented people working safely together.
