As a member of a corporate team, you'll work with world-class leaders driving the strategies that keep The Walt Disney Company at the leading edge of entertainment.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Guest Service: greet and always become available to Guests in a friendly manner, prioritizing Guest interaction over tasks. </li><li>Maintain a neat and organized Store, on stage and backstage, so that product is clearly represented and available for replenishment. </li><li>Perform effective till transactions that enhance the Guest perception and observes all relevant SOPs protecting Company assets including cash handling. </li><li>Help fellow employees navigate company resources and learn about discounts and new company initiatives. </li><li>Maintaining a Professional appearance. </li><li>Ability to perform in fast-paced environments. </li><li>Having flexibility to work various shifts. </li><li>Must be able to lift heavy objects (40 pounds or more) from time to time as required. </li><li>The ability to stand for an extended period of time. </li><li>Move and handle boxes of merchandise and fixtures throughout the store, which entails lifting and perform all functions as set forth </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel </li><li>Excellent communication skills and capable of building trusting relationships </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>2+ years of experience in a retail environment </li><li>Some college education (AA, BA) or equivalent experience </li></ul>
