This role begins as a Spa Floor Instructor with the opportunity to grow into a classroom teaching position. Strong presentation skills - or a willingness to develop them - are essential.</p> <p>We are looking for instructors who are:</p> <ul> <li>Passionate about the aesthetics industry </li><li>Accountable and professional </li><li>Strong communicators </li><li>Energized by helping others succeed </li><li>Committed to excellence and consistency </li></ul> <p>Some evenings and weekends are required.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Monitor and oversee all student treatments on the spa clinic floor (laser setting checks, chemical peel supervision, safety oversight, etc.) </li><li>Ensure strict adherence to protocols and state board requirements </li><li>Assist students in performing thorough consultations and delivering safe, effective treatments </li><li>Guide students in professional communication and client experience </li><li>Support and coach students in product knowledge and retail sales performance </li><li>Work closely with the front desk to maintain efficient appointment flow, charting accuracy, and client satisfaction </li><li>Maintain a calm, confident presence while managing multiple students and situations </li><li>Document student performance and hold students accountable to NIMA standards </li><li>Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture among instructors and students </li></ul> <p>Requirements for Success</p> <ul> <li>Current Utah Master Esthetician License </li><li>Minimum 1 year of well-rounded esthetics experience </li><li>Professional presence and ability to manage adult learners </li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail </li><li>Comfort working in a goal-driven environment </li><li>Ability to multitask and operate efficiently in a fast-paced clinic setting </li><li>Clear and confident communication skills </li><li>Adaptability in a growing and evolving organization </li><li>Desire to grow into a classroom teaching role </li></ul> <p>Helpful but Not Required</p> <ul> <li>Experience with lasers from multiple manufacturers </li><li>Knowledge of cosmetic laser physics </li><li>Utah State Esthetics Instructor License </li></ul> <p>(If pursuing the teaching track, this will eventually be required after hours are met.)</p> <p>Compensation & Benefits</p> <ul> <li>Hourly DOE + commission opportunities </li><li>Health benefits for full-time employees (30+ hours) </li><li>401K with company match after 1 year </li><li>Free or discounted products and services (including Botox) </li><li>Some Saturdays required </li><li>Paid Time Off </li></ul>
